If you are involved in or aware of an injury, or witness a dangerous situation or something that needs repair, please submit an email to masuworkorders@mayvillestate.edu, providing as much detail as you can about the location, condition or other circumstances.

- Alert us to a student experience food or housing insecurity
- Report behaviors or events that are discriminatory
- Report a Sexual Assault, an incident of Sexual Misconduct, or an incident of sexual or gender-based harassment, discrimination, or violence
- Report information suggesting a Student has violated a Campus Policy
